Introduction

‍The Client Liaison is a crucial member of the production team, responsible for moving our creative projects along each phase, ensuring we are meeting deadlines, and cataloging each step.

When a new client comes on board, the Client Liaison is there to input, monitor, and ensure the completion of the client's project(s).

‍ContentOne supports small-to-medium size businesses with digital assets and marketing campaigns to assist their sales efforts.

We create their content, and put that content in the right places so their audience sees it, interacts with it, and moves along the sales cycle because of it. We currently create animated videos, live videos, landing pages, pitch decks, ad campaigns, and more to come.

‍The Position

‍The Client Liaison is reponsible for the smooth service we provide our clients. Which includes the following:

• Onboarding new clients.
• Participating in and recording kick-off calls.
• Loading the projects in our task management software.
• Work closely with the creative team to update clients on progress.
• Smooth turnover of each phase to the responsible team member.
• Tracking each project against the set timeline.
• Keeping communication between the clients and the creative team flowing.
• Turning over the packages creative assets to the client upon completion.
• Collecting feedback from the clients after project completion.

‍Requirements

‍

• HS Diploma or above.
• Outgoing and willing to speak with clients regularly.
• Willing to appear on camera during client video calls.
• Creative-minded is a plus, but not required.
• Can adapt quickly to new systems if needed.
• Monday.com experience is a plus, but not required.
